Some of our clients seek a plot of land on which to build their ideal house. Our role is to make that happen. When we find a suitable plot of land, we negotiate on the client´s behalf to obtain the best possible purchase price. If required, we then build the house.

We have a great deal of experience in this specialist area, both in finding suitable land and in negotiating, and our network of land agents often enables us to source plots that are not available on the open market

An important factor in this process is that we work in a very transparent way. Unlike many plot-finding services, we don´t charge an initial registration fee. Nor do we take commission from the seller.

Instead, we charge a fee based on a small percentage of the purchase price. The exact figure depends on the client´s specific needs and is agreed before we start searching.
