The Concept 2 Home Early Exchange Scheme provides our purchasers with an Opportunity of choosing certain fixtures, fittings and finishes, thus creating an Individual and bespoke home.

As long as you enter into contract at an early stage of the building process, we would also be able to provide additional items such as extra electrical sockets, home entertainment systems, networking, additional lighting and even re-configuring some of the internal structure, subject of course to our architects and planning approval.
